For windows which open inwards from the top, the solution is Thermeco's Bottom Hung windows.
They have concealed hinges at the bottom. which allow the top to tilt inwards.
Bottom Hung windows can be left open for ventilation during light rain showers.
These windows can be opened with a latch, or a handle that features multi-point locking for added security and excellent weather sealing. There is no compromise in security when open in tilt mode.
Thermeco's heavy-duty hinges and profiles allow for larger openings and weight capacity per sash. Drainage is inbuilt into the aluminium window frames. We have a large range, with different frame types and widths, and energy efficiencies available.
